Sina Merino, born 25th March 1969 in Olten (Switzerland), daughter of neapolitans imigrants. She grew up in Switzerland and followed a formation as wealth\u00a0planning expert. „Die Papierfabrik“ is her first book, followed with a few co-productions of other authors and is still involved in different writing projects and productions.
\nShe has done a one-year formation in landscaping & garden design in which she graduated and is now a certified garden-designer.
\nIn February 2011 she spent three weeks in Argentina for holiday and the shooting of the road-movie „Die Papierfabrik – The Paper Factory“.
\nIn 2014 she published her second book and first novel „Nebel \u00fcber Durban“ (Haze over Durban).
\nIn the last years there was still a demand of „Die Papierfabrik“ and lots of Italian immigrants longed for an Italian edition. This was ignition for a reissue of „Die Papierfabrik“ in German, together with her editor Werner Str\u00e4hl, she’s been working on the revised version and worked on the Italian edition with Floriana Mastandrea, both books have been\u00a0published in\u00a0January 2015.
\nIn March 2020 has been published her third book „E38“ in German, it’s a thriller moving between Cybercrime and Witchcraft.
\nIn October 2022 has been published the anthology „Aarauer Kurzgeschichten“ (Short stories about Aarau – hometown of her).
\nSince 2023 she’s part of the editorial team of the local district gazette „SprachROHR“, which reaches over 2’350 households. Her interviews with locals or persons who contribute something to the district are read with great interest.
\nAnd for nearly ten years she’s an editor too of the Italian magazine „La Sorgente“, which reaches Italian emigrants, mainly from Naples or surroundings, in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Uruguay, USA & Venezuela.<\/p>\n
